We provide complete package at your site from a single supplier as a fully finished product. This includes designing, manufacturing, and supply of PEB components like structural steel cladding system and building accessories along with complete erection at site. It results in faster and simpler site erection for your project as it involves just bolting together the various building components as per the erection drawings provided. No site fabrication or welding is involved. ARMOUR PEB help you to save construction time for you but at the same time provides supplier quality compared to conventional steel construction.

Yes, Building can be designed as per your needs. We can present various Designs after discussion with you to select one of them as per your requirement. You will be able to choose colour’s from panel of available colours.

The saving would be basically due to less number of column foundations due to large spans and bay spacing plus reduction in column reactions due to less dead load of steel. It is not possible to quantify the cost savings as if would vary by type of project. Pre-Engineered Building utilize pierced (column) beam as a general rule which results in lighter foundation.

These buildings can be delivered anywhere as it has nut bolt system for each joints.

All field connections are bolted. There is absolutely no site welding required. This is one of the major advantages offered by us which considerably reduces the time for site erection.

We have a component erection team to take care of the erection at site, Hence client need not find any erection contractor for the same.

Yes, since the building is site assembled by bolting, it is possible to dismantle and rebuild at a new location. The cost benefits would depend on size, complexity and distance of the new location.

We provide insulation at roof and wall enabling optimum temperature and comfort for occupants inside the building

Maintenance is limited to periodic checking and cleaning or roof, gutters, accessories and moving parts.

Our Standard sheeting thickness for roof/wall cladding is 0.47 mm to 0.6mm. These are available in various colours. Other thicknesses can be offered too on special order with comparatively longer deliver time period.

  1. Turbo ventilators:-Our Turbo ventilators expels hot, humid and moisture laden air from the industrial building to give a more comfortable clean working environment replacing summer heat and winter damp with fresh air. Proper Ventilation reduces the need of industrial fans, thereby reducing power costs and increasing efficiency.
  2. Louvers and roof vents:-Our Louvers & Roof Vents provide natural and fresh air ventilation thereby reducing lighting and saving energy.
  3. High SRI (solar Reflectance index): –Bare galvanized light-weight aluminum roofs have a high SRI value that reduces energy consumption and urban heat island effect.
  4. Natural sunlight with Polycarbonate sheetswith 3%-5% of roof area. The Polycarbonate profiled sheets used as sky light solutions are one side embossed – they have increased diffusion of sunlight. Therefore, they reduce the need internal lighting within the building.
  5. We offer S.M.A.R.T (Solar Mounted Advanced Renewable Technology) Solutions : –Turnkey solution that incorporates Soar panels on rooftop of Pre Engineered buildings helping clients to completely tap the benefits of solar energy leading to considerable savings in electricity costs.

As for the clients we provide test certificate. We also provide our materials sample to the clients can check or test the material from reputed testing institute as per their desire.

Purlins which can hold a column width of up to 15m and a maximum roof slope of 25 degrees is called a sigma purlin. This purlin is designed primarily for the use on roofs as a primary sheeting support.
