INTRODUCTION:
Training Center Imparts Required Skills , Knowledge And Build Competencies In Machine Shop, Different Types Of Metal Forming Processes, Machine tool Operations(Speed, Feed, Depth Of Cut) Tools Dies, 5S Principles ,Quality Systems.Theory Sessions are conducted in well equipped Training Center. Practical demonstrations are conducted in the Plant. Trainees are given On-The-Job Training to get the hands on training.
SENIOR TRAINER:
Mr. Ramakrishnan Vijayan, a post graduate mechanical engineer is serving as Senior trainer in the training center. He conducts various training programs to improve technical skills and competencies of our machine operatorsand foremen.
OBJECTIVES:
- To improve the skill set; enhance the knowledge, Build relevant competencies to the workforce.
- To Update the and train the employees to optimise productivity and efficiency.
Training Center conducts the following training also in addition to the Technical training:
- First Aid training.
- 5S training.
- ISO Quality Systems.
- Machine tool maintenance.
- Plant Safety Training.
THEORY SESSIONS:
Theoretical sessions are conducted in the training Center to enhance the knowledge. Trainees learn the various Machine shop Processes and Practices. SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) selection of right tool. Fixing up of Speed, Feed and Depth of cut (Machine Tool parameters) and quality systems.
PRACTICAL SESSIONS:
Practical sessions are conducted periodically.
(OJT) On the Job training is level to Machine operators; to get the first level training.

2.Shot blast machine operation Training.
3.Machine Shop- Metal forming operators Training.
4. Machine shop – Quality measurement Training.
